Cortlen Delva’s New EP Is Dropping Soon

Cortlen Delva is disrupting the music industry with his uplifting and vibrant style of music. Growing up Cortlen was surrounded by music in his hometown of Crown Heights in Brooklyn, New York which is where he developed his passion for music. He originally started out as a DJ which is how he developed his unique style of producing. He would perform at block parties around the neighborhood, and everyone started to pick up on his talent. It was then that a good friend of his introduced him to the process of composing music and he started to write his own lyrics to his beats. Cortlen became infatuated with the process of creating his own beat and putting his words behind the beat. From there Cortlen relentlessly put in the hours to develop his craft and the rest is history.

Cortlen puts great emphasis on creating music that is positive and full of energy. He wants all his fans to catch a vibe and have a good time while listening to his art. The majority of his lyrical influence comes from his past life experiences and his current lifestyle. Drawing inspiration from other artists like Jay-Z, Drake, Travis Scott, and Kendrick Lamar has helped Courtlen find his own unique lyrical style. He is currently an independent artist under his own record label “serie music”. Cortlen has been hard at work in the studio gearing up for the release of his debut EP titled “First Impression”. This EP will be full of songs inspired by his life that are composed in an uplifting and energetic format for his fans to vibe to.
