Daniel Reck believes that formula no longer has to define what professional success looks like.
His own career reflects that shift. Reck spent almost a decade working as a machine operator in Germany’s metal and electrical industry. He had a secure position, a good salary and supportive colleagues. There was no obvious reason to leave.
