Bosnian-American scientist, pyramid sites researcher, and internationally acclaimed speaker Dr. Sam Osmanagich, also known as Semir Osmanagić, stands as an author of 18 books on ancient civilizations. His groundbreaking efforts in this realm have not only helped him discover an ancient pyramid complex in Visoko, Bosnia-Herzegovina but also generated a new module in the world of archaeology.
Born on June 1, 1960, in Zenica, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Osmanagich’s educational voyage commenced in Sarajevo, where he outshone as the top student in his division in both elementary and high school. He holds a Ph.D. in Mayan pyramids from the University of Sarajevo and has assorted academic qualifications, including a Master of Science in International Economics, a B.S. in Political Sciences, a B.S. in Economics, and two years of sociology training.
Osmanagich gained global acclaim as an expert on pyramids, conducting research on pyramidal constructions across the sphere. He argues that ancient pyramids had a more significant purpose, i.e., an energy amplifier rather than tombs, profiting local populations by enhancing health, water, and food quality. He familiarized the concept of volunteering at excavation sites, engaging over 3,750 individuals in the excavation of the Bosnian Pyramid.
