Jonathan Fernandez, better known as J.F. is a talented musician based out of Brooklyn, New York. J.F. has always loved music and got this from his mother. He began listening to musical greats such as Biggie, Tupac, Nas, and Jay-Z. He got his start with music in high school as a writer. He decided a way to make friends would be to show them his freestyling skills. This was when he began to gain confidence as a musician, but his family had other plans for him to join the service. He abided by these wishes and joined the Navy, where his musical inclination only grew stronger. When he left the Navy, he began to take music seriously. His family and friends thought he was crazy, but he never stopped believing in himself. He made his way back to New York and began collaborating with talented musicians including Maino. He has been on a steady rise since then and his fan base has been growing stronger.
J.F. creates music to show people that you can be yourself and not worry about other people. He believes as a society we tend to worry about what other people think too much and that can change who you are. When people listen to his music, they get in tune with his soft side and his life. J.F. has an EP titled “Euphoria” releasing May 20th, 2022. This EP is nothing but great vibes and something you can appreciate at any time.
