ORLI ANROW is a Bulgarian-born, American-raised singer-songwriter, record producer, multi-instrumentalist, rapper, occasional actor, and director. Born and raised in Montana, Bulgaria (Eastern Europe), he moved to theU.S. at 19 years old. He graduated in Music Production from Full Sail University in Orlando, Florida, in 2017 and has been building his brand in Bulgaria ever since, where he currently lives. His dream is to be the first Bulgarian artist and producer who can succeed internationally and make a crossover to the U.S. market. Thus proving that talent can come from anywhere, even when you don’t have the support of a major company, corporation, or team behind you, if you’re willing to consistently learn and grow no matter what. His proposal is to sell 49–51% of his entire music catalog, which currently consists of 500+ songs, as well as all others he will make in his lifetime for 1 billion euros or 2 billion BGN. The Bulgarian owns all rights to his songs, which are over 90% songs in English, for the American market. All songs have a musical structure and lyrics (in whole or in part) and are collected in albums with titles and concepts that just need to be finished and released. The current offer of the music producer is aimed at music companies, investment companies, and billionaires, and there is an option for multiple investors to buy a part of the music catalog by acquiring shares of his joint stock company.

Orlin Zlatkov Sofroniev, born March 29, 1996, is a Bulgarian singer, songwriter, music producer, multi-instrumentalist, rapper, occasional actor, and director. He was born and raised in Montana, Bulgaria. Throughout his life, he has been heavily influenced by American culture and the entertainment industry. His dream is to be the first Bulgarian artist and producer to succeed internationally and make a crossover in the US market. Since there were no major music companies, labels, artists or groups in his country that had achieved this, he moved to America at the age of 19 to study Music Production in Orlando, Florida. After graduating from Full Sail University, he lived and worked for a year in Los Angeles, then returned to Bulgaria to work on music and build his brand as an artist and producer.
So far he has released 2 albums and 2 EPs independently, all written and produced by him, and is currently working on his third album. He believes that he is the most versatile artist and producer in Bulgaria and the Balkans due to the fact that he writes and produces songs in all commercial American and Bulgarian as well as some of the Balkan music genres. His main genres are: Pop, R&B, Rock, Hip-Hop, Funk, Pop-Folk, EDM, etc.
In addition, the producer and artist owns one of the largest music catalogs in the world, which consists of more than 500 songs (only about 10% of which have been released) The discography of the producer and artist is made entirely by him, and because he has never been part of a music company and/or publishing company, he owns 100% of all rights to his musical works.
ORLI ANROW would like to sell half of his entire music catalog to prove that he can push it further than the 2 billion mark. By offering diversification as a bonus, he can also pool profits from all other business ventures and provide huge returns for his buyer and/or investors until they have recouped. Afterwards, they can split percentages in perpetuity with the option of a credit line for other investments.
