Growing up in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, Bryce Polascik (AKA Precision) always felt called towards music. Growing up in a musical household inspired him to start taking up the piano at the age of 3. Through his years of hard work and dedication, Precision has cultivated himself into quite an exceptional piano player. Precision has been a recurring competitor in the national piano circuit, annually performing 10 classical pieces by memory in front of a deep panel of veteran judges. Precision ultimately went on to receive the National Diploma of Music along with the coveted Paderewski Gold Medal: the highest honor awarded by the American Academy of Musicians for having been a national winner for 10 consecutive years. In addition to the piano, Precision also has experience playing the guitar and drums.
When he turned 13 years old, Precision got a MacBook right around the time Skrillex dropped his famous album “Scary Monsters & Nice Sprites”. This album inspired Precision so much that he decided to expand his craft and start creating EDM music. His skills on the piano, guitar, and drums have allowed Precision to effortlessly expand his focus and construct ground-breaking EDM music. When creating his songs, Precision intends for his fans to feel joy and energy. He has already soared the charts with multiple songs, but his most renowned song is “Like This” which he dropped in 2021 and has amassed over 135k streams on Spotify alone.
Precision is also an accomplished DJ, especially within the college circuit. Precision recently performed the opening act as direct support for the renowned Canadian DJ Dzeko — the producer behind the worldwide hit song “Jackie Chan” with Tiesto & Post Malone. Armed with his own exclusive edits of the biggest pop, rap, and throwback songs to date, Precision carries the toolset necessary to tear up any dance floor.
In the future, Precision plans to keep growing as an EDM artist as well as earn his medical degree. The sky’s the limit for this young artist. Although he has already accomplished so much thus far, this is just the beginning for him.
