Before starting and exiting his own business, Preda began his career as a banker. He led corporate finance transactions at two international investment banks. As one of Central Europe’s first Certified Financial Analysts (CFA), Preda established the CFA Society of Hungary and acted as its first and third president between 2000 and 2005. Between 2017 and 2021, Preda coached small and medium-sized companies’ leadership teams as a licensed EOS Implementer. He still coaches entrepreneurial leadership teams, and his business, Steve Preda Business Growth, recently launched the Strategy OS self-coaching strategy platform (StrategyOS.App).
