About Anger:
Similar to the stages of grief, Anger takes you on a ride in Altuz’s mind consisting of pain, anger, depression, loneliness, bargaining and ultimately acceptance. The title track, ”Anger” is written from the perspective of a young man speaking directly to his explosive anger, which is personified as an overprotective caretaker. This emotional ballad of ‘flying the nest’ is enveloped in a powerful symphony.
In his recent Instagram post, Altuz said “Anger is an album that was made with the intention of being my swan song, it was going to be the last creative thing I put out to the world, before exiting it. He goes on to say how the album saved his life in the writing process, forcing him to overcome the obstacles in his life that were driving him to consider such drastic measures.
