After training with Tenacity, under the leadership of Jay Gauthier Jr., shifted his focus to helping families secure their financial futures.
Sage Hess brings a unique perspective as a stay-at-home mom who also co-leads their thriving financial business. Like DJ, she didn’t come from a background of financial privilege. Sage initially sought out financial services for the time and financial freedom it offered her family, but soon discovered a passion for teaching financial literacy. Now, she helps everyday people achieve their goals while balancing motherhood and entrepreneurship.
Together, DJ and Sage have built a business that spans 13 states and works with top companies such as Nationwide, Fidelity, and Athene. Their focus is on providing education-based and guidance services to clients, helping them plan for retirement, college funds, and generational wealth. Unlike many in the industry, DJ and Sage’s non-captive approach allows them to tailor solutions to each client’s unique needs without the pressure to sell specific products.
