Hip-Hop Producer CRFT is truly one of a kind. The veteran producer has been making serious noise in the music industry and it’s very evident. He recently released his new album, “Open Your Eyes” and it has proven to be his best professional effort yet. The stand out single from the project is a song titled, “Gratitude” with Christian Hip-Hop stars, Battz and nobigdyl. This song is like smooth whipped butter, Battz comes in with a strong hook with beautiful BGV’s, he follows that up with cutthroat lyricism and a delivery of pure confidence. nobigdyl. comes in on the second verse with a silky smooth rap flow with over-the-head wordplay. This is a collaboration we had no clue we needed but it surely did execute. The song is about being grateful for the hard times, the mess-ups, and the trying seasons; ultimately because it molds you into who you’re supposed to be. This record has nearly 30k streams on Spotify in under 2 weeks and has taken the industry by storm.
CRFT has been a name on everyone’s playlist lately and it’s simply because his new album is one of the best albums of the year and there’s no debate there. This project has features from Christopher Syncere, Coop, Jered Sanders, and many more notable names. CRFT embodies what it looks like to be versatile, he produces phenomenal Hip-Hop, but he also does very well in lo-fi and even says that he may be cooking up a lo-fi project but you’ll have to wait to find out. CRFT says that what’s next for him is a collab single with Aloe Blacc titled “Crazy” on May 13, 2022. He has been flexing his musical genius and it’s only a matter of time before you see him at the top with some of the best producers today.
