IMG ELITE ATHLETE TROY ADASHUN WINS SUPERHUMAN GAMES AND EXPANDS HIS NETWORK TRAINING WITH CELEBS

Troy Adashun, a world-renowned athlete and entrepreneur, was our interview subject for the ultra-successful supplement company Alpha Lion. He is dedicated to helping other athletes and professionals achieve their goals through training and athletics. As a result of being “Super Human,” athletes have made huge strides and grown since using Alpha Lion’s products. Troy’s creative journey was revealed to us during our conversation, as he managed to run an eight-figure e-commerce business while simultaneously promoting his YouTube channel, which contains a tremendous amount of valuable content aimed at helping athletes and bodybuilders grow.

It is true that many entrepreneurs take the plunge into business, and there are also many athletes who attempt to reach the same goal, but fail. Through hard work and determination, Troy has accomplished so much and I am inspired to see what he has accomplished.

During our interview, we asked Troy

What was your main inspiration for pursuing Fitness & Health?

I started getting into lifting weights while playing basketball in high school and college and in college became addicted to the feeling of being able to improve my performance and the way I looked in the mirror through fitness.

When and where did fitness first inspire you to include it as part of your lifestyle?

Have you worked with any notable people as a Celebrity Fitness Trainer?

Yes, I’ve worked with Charles Glass who is known as the Godfather of Bodybuilding. He is most known for training The Rock and several Mr. Olympia winners. I’ve also trained with Milos Sarcev, former Mr. Universe winner. This past summer I trained with several NFL players including Marvin Hall Jr and Tony Fields II as well. I myself also trained with Milos Sarcev, the former Mr. Universe winner.

What accomplishments are you the most proud of?

I’m most proud of the fact that I’ve stayed consistent on my fitness journey for 20 years. Many people expect overnight results but consistency is where the magic happens. I’m also really proud of the Youtube community and inspiring so many people on their fitness journey. The YouTube channel reached 100 million lifetime views this year. Last but certainly not least, I’m really proud of Alpha Lion’s growth, the sports nutrition brand that I co-founded. We made the 2022 INC 5000 list of fastest growing private companies.

What can we expect next from you?

I want to change the fitness industry on Youtube and make videos that nobody has ever thought of and inspire millions more on their fitness journey.
