Kristy Austin-Helping Individuals Achieve Peace and Calm During Turbulent Times Through Yoga

In today’s world, most people do not have the luxury of taking time off for themselves and the need to strike a balance between work, family, and personal time remains unmet. Furthermore, the unsettling worries of life that cause stress frequently result in a wide range of mental and physical illnesses. Because of this, humans have sought after a number of practices to eliminate or lessen these burdens to achieve peace and wellness. As a result, the ancient practice of yoga which was first practiced in India over 5,000 years ago was revived and made more accessible to modern people.

Yoga is more than just a practice in this fast-paced, sleep-deprived world. It has become a way of life and therefore several individuals and yoga instructors like Kristy Austin have adopted it and adhered to its teachings. Yoga not only helps the body get rid of toxins, but it also has many health benefits that the human body needs. In a world where an individual barely has time to live a healthy life amid the chaos of starting a family and getting a good job, a thirty-minute Yoga class can be extremely enlightening and satisfying. Because of its wide range of benefits, yoga has become a global phenomenon that is practiced worldwide.

We frequently hear about the physical advantages of yoga, such as how it improves joint posture, aids in the operation of the digestive and respiratory systems, maintains body flexibility, and increases oxygen supply. However, the psychological advantages of yoga are often overlooked. It promotes emotional stability, improves concentration, calms the mind, reduces stressful and emotional baggage, and also aids in the treatment of behavioral disorders, depression, and nervous breakdown. Yoga was a way for us to increase our immunity even during the COVID-19 pandemic when there were few opportunities for social and physical activity.

Yoga bridges the gap between the body and the mind and develops positive energy that promotes healing and self-discovery. Simply put, yoga has a wide range of positive effects on our physical, mental, social, and spiritual well-being, allowing us to develop a more disciplined way of life. However, to enjoy the benefits of yoga, a person may need the guidance of a yoga instructor who has positive energy, a true passion for the field and has the desire to inspire and educate others. One such yoga instructor is Kristy Austin who through her presence, genuineness, and personality has positively influenced the lives of many.

In her early years, Austin was introduced to yoga by her mom, who practiced yoga regularly. Austin developed an interest in it at a very young age. However, she only understood the true value and importance of yoga later in life.

After registering with the Yoga Alliance and receiving her yoga certification, Austin began to practice Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Hatha, and Iyengar daily. To learn and gain more knowledge about yoga and its various techniques, she continued her studies in the subject of Kundalini, Fit Yoga, and Acro Yoga.

Apart from being known as a Reiki Practitioner and Sound Healer, Austin is also widely known as the sister of the renowned actress and television personality, Nicole Natalie Austin, popularly known as Coco Austin. In her career, Kristy Austin has worked in collaboration with @MelodicYogi Art Gallery to create inspirational art through her yoga knowledge and expertise.

In her successful and illustrious career, Austin has made appearances on various television shows and programs such as Ice Loves Coco, E! True Hollywood Story, Celebrity Game Face with Kevin Hart and Family Feud. Austin, through her skills and compassion, has helped shape the lives of many individuals and showed them the path to inner peace, gratitude, and love for themselves and others.
