San Diego, CA – The Academy of Our Lady of Peace proudly declares its commitment to the advancement of young women in academia and leadership with the announcement of the 10th Annual Women’s Symposium. This year’s event took place on March 8th, 2024.
Marking 142 years of empowering young women, OLP invites parents, guardians, alumnae, and the community to join a symphony of voices at this year’s event. Themed “Together We Rise,” the symposium features over 30 dynamic speakers, addressing critical workplace concerns and creating a powerful resonance of women empowerment.
The lineup includes Emmy Award-Winning Journalist Rocsi Diaz, who will deliver the keynote address, and an impressive array of accomplished women leaders such as Kimberly King, Founder and CEO of KKM, Christine LaMarca, President of the California Rental Housing Association, and Lauren Fisher, Nike Represented CrossFit Athlete and Entrepreneur behind Grown Strong.
