St. Paul, Minnesota has witnessed the emergence of a musical staple who’s been a force in the hip hop and rap scene over the course of two decades. Big Jmac began making music when he was 15 years old and shortly after he was under the guidance of the independent record label, Never Stop Records. This early experience laid the foundation for his career as an artist and he eventually ascended to co-founding his own label, Street Mason Entertainment, with a couple of his close friends.
Big Jmac has been writing and recording for 21 years, started at the bottom and worked all the way to opening up arena shows for artists such as Boosie, 2 Chainz, Waka Flocka Flame, T.I., Young Jeezy, and Juicy J to name a few. In recent years, Big Jmac has spent a majority of his time on the business side of things, but that’s set to change as he plans to drop a new mixtape titled “Like I Never Left” in the coming months. The project will look to re-introduce the artist from a hiatus and introduce new sounds and flows from Big Jmac.
“Like I Never Left” is set to be one of Big Jmac’s most anticipated releases in a long time. So, keep your ears attuned to the music of Big Jmac, as he readies to rewrite the narrative with “Like I Never Left.” With each beat, lyric, and melody, Big Jmac will soon invite us into a new world of musical rejuvenation and boundless creativity, a world where his journey is far from over.
