Nashville Tennessee’s Josh Kilby is best known for being a real estate guru, life coach, and brand curator. Earlier this year Kilby decided to start dropping music, in an effort to expand his reach.
Kilby recently followed up his debut track ‘Yo Mama’ with another collab song called ‘Run It Up’. Fitting for real estate, ‘Run It Up’ features an up-tempo trap beat, hard hitting 808s, bar for bar verses, heavy flows, and honest vocal deliveries.
Kilby explained ‘Run It Up’ is just a small sample of what is to come next from the artist. “I have a lot more songs to release,” explained Kilby. “There are so many more talented people I want to collab with.”
Kilby has amassed over 100K followers on his personal Instagram page, a tool he wants to use to break more artists with his own releases.
