MMUPCLAN which is also known under the moniker Monster Mashup Clan is an artist collective from the Los Angeles area aiming to introduce a fresh style of music to fans all over the world. Together they are constantly faced with the daunting job of managing their personal egos, but they handle the task effortlessly since each member is aware of their role and what they are expected to do each day during the creation of their music. They’ve had a hugely successful run so far, traveling to different countries and states to perform their music to fans.
The group is from diverse backgrounds. FACEvsIT began by writing poems that transformed into raps. Barlosgotbars began rapping freestyle at parties during high school, Shneaky rapped and played trumpet in a group, and later DJing at parties, and Sesh was introduced to hip-hop through the Ska scene. He also led a reggae/cumbia group. The group gets its influence from Cypress Hill, Wutang Clan, Run DMC, NWA as well as Beastie Boys.
MMUPCLAN is a thriving group of people every single day. They’re always working from sunrise to sunset to improve their individual and collective talents. They host podcasts and record their own music as well as collective content, and plan events that showcase their artists and the collective to inform the public about who they are as well as what they are doing.
