Making his return to the spotlight, NY based hip hop artist Lil Rari Skrt recently released a 5 song EP titled ‘Sion’. Lasting just over 10 minutes in listening time, ‘Sion” features a wide array of different sounds, showcasing Lil Rari Skrt’s vast abilities as an artist.
Songs like ‘3am’ and ‘Run!’, feature up-tempo vibes and spacey production while tracks like ‘Dangerous’ and ‘Intro’ feature slower, bar for bar cadences.
‘Sion’ does a good job pinpointing where Lil Rari Skrt is at in his career. The artist has been progressing but mentioned he wants to focus more on locking in with his own producers. “My goal this year is to lock in with producers that can make my sound,” explained Lil Rari Skrt. “This way I can build an undeniable catalog.”
The artist has plans to release visuals for his latest EP soon.
