For a while no one had heard of many artists from Canada. Aside from Celine Dion, the northern country had yet to make their mark on the American music industry that funnels its interests to the rest of the world. Then around the 2010s Canada exploded, with artists like Drake, Justin Bieber, and The Weeknd bursting into the scene. While watching the success of his regional peers, David July plotted his rise and began releasing music in 2019. A consistent output and amazing vocal & lyrical skills have developed David July’s listeners into a growing audience. On May 20th he plans to expand that audience with the drop of his new single “Want It All”.
