A mixture of Trap Metal, Nu-Metal, and Deathcore, “AGE OF APOPHIS” is dark, hard hitting, and antagonistic. UNDEAD PAPI’s intense delivery & versatility makes this an unforgettable project. Named after the mythological Egyptian god of chaos, this project would be best described as just that Utter Chaos.
His first track of the Mixtape, DUMPSTER CORPSE, is a catchy Trap Metal banger with a deathcore influence and harsh lyrics.
Second track is called ZASTAVA! and If you like brutal guitar riffs, aggressive vocals, and Heavy 808s this one is for you.
The third track, CECIL HOTEL, gives off more Nu-Metal vibes as Undead spits clever and witty bars over a futuristic sounding Trap Metal beat.
Up next track 4, If you like catchy guitar riffs & Melodic vocals, FALLING DOWN really captures Undead’s versatility. An upbeat track that transitions into something much darker.
Track 5 is called HASTA LA VISTA!, like CECIL HOTEL this track also takes a more Nu-Metal approach yet HASTA LA VISTA! does not shy away from the guttural screams, brutal delivery, and antagonistic lyrics.
Track 6 is called ” RED ROOM” a rage filled, vengeance driven track that sounds similar to a mix between Slipknot and DMX. Produced by well-known Metal producer Brian Spencer.
Track Number 7, GET DA STRAP!, Undead’s fast cadence and clever lyrics give us a new refreshing take on Nu Metal.
Track 8 is called SINISTER, referencing the iconic Horror movie saga “Sinister”. This track takes a horrorcore themed approach to Trap Metal with a slight industrial influence.
Second to last, track 9 is called DEAD OPPS. By far the most brutal and disrespectful song on the Undead Papi’s tape. Gruesome and aggressive vocals depict a horrific and violent tale of dead enemies in this ruthless banger.
And lastly track 10, THE MIST (OUTRO) is somewhat less aggressive than the others, telling a story of tragedy with a monotone delivery that unfolds into brutal deathcore growls, serving as a grand finale to the mixtape.
